However, I also know from my previous experiences as an online entrepreneur that many people can struggle greatly when they try and figure out how much time they must spend on their business in comparison to how much money they're willing to invest in order for them to succeed.

 

So let's take a look at some of the things you can do to make your money work for you; because in most cases, it's not going to be enough if you don't learn how to invest properly.


One thing I've done plenty of times is buy other blogs that are already receiving a lot of traffic and monetizing them with Google affiliate links, but this doesn't mean that I always start using these blogs as my own right away.

 

If anything, I'll use them as sources for new ideas and content before trying to completely redesign it under my own name. Sure, there are detractors who will insist this isn't the best method but I still believe that building something from scratch can potentially lead towards failure in many different ways even though there's always a chance you could eventually succeed.


I think one of the most important things to understand when you're running your own blog is that it's not going to be easy; especially if you don't already have an established audience on some other social media site or forum.

 

You may even consider posting links in YouTube videos that are relevant to your niche so that new viewers can take notice of them before clicking over to your blog, but this is just something I've done occasionally and never for very long.


Regardless of what method you use, make sure it works towards getting more targeted traffic from Google sources which will help visitors see how valuable your product or service actually is; all while making it clear they too could enjoy similar results with time and effort.


One of the most important things you should remember is that every blog post doesn't have to be groundbreaking, or even necessarily perfect as long as it helps your target audience get closer to a goal they've been trying desperately to reach.

 

However, there are still many bloggers who refuse to acknowledge this fact and try only writing in order to show how much they know; which also happens all too often when someone attempts creating an online course.


Also be aware that while building your own blog from scratch might seem like a daunting task, those with experience in affiliate marketing will usually tell you otherwise because if you're already promoting other people's products then you'll probably notice some similarities among them; especially if they're within the same market niche.

While I understand that there are plenty of people who will claim videos aren't the best way to attract visitors, I still believe they're worth using; especially for those with limited time and resources.


Now you might be wondering why I would even bother mentioning this since most blogs don't have any type of professional quality video content available, but this is precisely why it's such a powerful tool because it allows you to rank well in search engines faster than anything else – including images and text posts.

 

So when you combine informative and entertaining videos with your blog posts; you'll notice an increase in traffic immediately. 


Finally: Keep your eyes peeled for changes in how people are going to consume information in the near future .

 

Mobile devices are on their way to becoming dominant, and if you want to stay relevant (and profitable) then I suggest getting familiar with new media formats like video , audio etcetera as soon as possible!
